What we heard at Workshop #1 (Sept 23, 2026)
- Lower speed limits on Lakeshore Rd (Transit Rd to Point Breeze Rd) and on Point Breeze Rd to Marsh Creek — many pedestrians, bikers, and dog walkers.
- Fix the Parkway and plow it in the winter.
- Pedestrian and bicycle space as part of roadway improvements.
- Public transportation — an RTS route in Orleans County is needed.
- On the water — speed limit signs on the Oak Orchard River; a lot of speeding south of the Yacht Club.
