What we heard at Workshop #1 (Sept 23, 2026)
- Ambulance response — 45 minutes to get emergency service is not good.
- Parks and a community center — improvements to parks and another community center.
- Utilities — interest in a sewer system; gas lines brought from Intergrow down Rt 98; cost of utilities is hurting households.
- Code enforcement and a noise ordinance — consistent, clear rules and enforcement; a decibel-limit rule.
- Communication — legal notices on the Orleans Hub and/or Lake Country Pennysaver; more social media posts about public meetings.
- Public transportation — an RTS route in Orleans County is needed.
